We're editing the page right now to make that clearer, but to answer your question here as well: people who resurrect in the gods' domains may leave to a safe and known place on the peninsula at your discretion! So "Kaito's home" or "Madoka's cafe" could be legitimate places for Kaito to exit into, but "the Bloody Bones' hideout" or "the radio closest to this person I don't know" would not be.

Generally, a good rule of thumb to follow is that characters should resurrect only at locations they've been to in person.
