Adept Spell: 'Zombie Bite'. The ability to take a bite out of a corpse killed after midnight, and from that moment control the body as their minion/servant. This effect lasts until the sun rises, at which point the corpse crumbles to dust. This spell leaves Reira considerably hungry after its effects have completed.

Reira's runes (normally bioluminescent) carry a constant neon-like glow, dulled by his fur. The runes themselves appear to be physical cabling and sensor patches akin to the ones they represented. These marks appear on the eyespots of his wings as well (the eyespots being extensions of his mountain rune). Minor Spell
'Vocal Mimicry' What it says on the tin, but given the need for limitation, ideas are that he can be limited to phrases and voices he's heard (like a proper mimic), or that certain distortions are carried through the voice, as if it comes over a radio or similar. Both could be coupled with the inability to do more than either call names, or call for help with these voices, as this ability is based in the common feature of wendigo in media to bear mimicry as an ability to draw in prey. 'Frost-Like' Able to briefly take on the form of an icy wind; rather than being limited to spans of time within a day, the ability as a whole can be triggered constantly, provided Reira is wind only for a maximum of 5 minutes, and that he takes at least five minutes between states of 'wind' before trying again. This ability, naturally, expends considerable energy; rather literally it empties his stomach whenever he becomes wind, so he is impressively hungry after using it. The movement of the wind is also tied to the direction he was moving in the first place (also any existing gales around him). Queen-sized Bedroom Above the Arcade
The room is soundproof, and rather nicely furnished. The table in particular tends to be used to 'share' his dinners with the 4th as an offering. Immediate Arcade Resurrection on Death
Aside from being easier to slip into unintentionally (Generally when Reira is approaching his feeding deadline, or is just plain hungry), it's changed significantly as a result of the Fourth's attempts to undo the Fog's influence...an obvious backfire as far as both He and Reira would be concerned, but regardless.
Various parts that caused Reira legitimate pain are synthetically altered with metal and gears to make them painless and easier to move, including 'retracting' metal fangs (he could not close his mouth because of these before), and metal back plating to better allow flexibility there-most significantly however, there is a quietly ticking clock over his heart, representing the sound of what is missing. (Surprisingly, Reira will be very happy with this feature)
