I'm poking in here with a question relating to this sort of thing; when it comes to characters who handle 'devotion' differently (in this case I'll use Loki as the example-where he views the 4th more as a chief ally, someone he works with, etc etc think general in the army type of deal vs proper god worship), would actions done for the sake of their God but not necessarily 'devoted' actions potentially count toward rising up a tier?

For example, still using Loki in this case; a battle between fourths and fogs happens to come up, and Loki recognizes one fog-follower in particular as a Huge Problem for the ideals of his side/fourths in general, and proceeds to target and take them out. The fight started without thought for the fourth, but ended 'in his name' in a sense, but does it count?
