I ASSUME THIS GOES HERE instead of attached to the old one since it's a new request

Character Name: Fiddleford McGucket
Alignment: Fourth God
Offering Description: Killing a Fog Follower in hopes she'll stop being Evil and that Computer Dad will be proud
Link: Here. Ongoing!
Reward Tier: Tier 3
Reward Description: Taking everything this go 'round!

For the removal of conventional biological needs, I would like him to no longer need to sleep. 24/7 devotion! However, he will still have the ability to feel physically tired if he pushes himself too hard for too long. Instead of sleep, he will need to literally recharge under his heat lamp every now and again to keep his energy levels up. Being an electrical snake sure is fun.

As for the spell, I'm going to be bringing back something I brought up on the original boon suggestion post: Scrying.

To scry requires water (as nagas have Problems with the more traditional mirrors). While he could theoretically use any water with a reasonably placid surface, a bowl of it is preferred instead of, say, a puddle. If the Fourth wishes to provide him with a special bowl for this purpose that would be rad and he'd treasure it forever, but it's not required.

He must fill the bowl with water and then add three drops of his venom and three drops of his blood. The water will go perfectly flat and begin to glow much like a computer screen. He must then concentrate very hard on who or what he wishes to see. He cannot scry into the future or the past, only into the present, and what the water shows him may not always be clear. Oddly enough, sometimes it will have audio or video distortion like a TV might, sometimes to the point of being almost impossible to make out (this is so that anyone who does not want their character to be able to be spied on has a way to opt out of it, should it ever come up). If he tries to scry into places protected by magic and particularly by the Fog's magic, such as Dyster, it will blare static for a few moments and then go dark.

If you want to accept this ICly in response to the prayer I left in the Fourth's prayer box and kill two birds with one stone (instead of responding there AND writing up a separate message from the Fourth here), go right ahead.
