Tiers 1 and 2 we are willing to accept as-is! For tier 3, while most applications of this power would be considered acceptable, we don't feel that the life drain falls under the fog god's domain as proposed -- she values strength, fear, and destruction, and while we are open to different interpretations of these, we are looking for skills that can be applied in an offensive, defensive, or support role in some way. If you can explain how it could fit under this umbrella, we can rediscuss it! Otherwise, all other ways to use this power would be approved as long as the suggested restrictions are followed -- one "aspect" at a time, a short active period, and an unwilling person may only be affected once per day.
