A House in Dyster

A small cottage that backs into a rock wall; most of the house is in fact located within the stone, and there is a small covered garden for his 'pets', in addition to a natural hot spring within his property. There's a (fairly small) guest room in case he chooses to offer a neutral protection. Otherwise, the house is somewhat simple, with most of the shiny features being that garden and hot spring. #snakepriorities

Alternate Monster Form

Bakunawa, a serpent-beast who supposedly ate the moon; in some legends of its origin, it was in fact once a naga.

The exact details for this design aren't quite set in stone, but this is what I have for it's general appearance and abilities, subject to approval, clipping, or outright rejection if I totally missed what an alternate monster was meant to be.

Bakunawa is an enormous, wide-mouthed serpent, the ends of its jaws stretching incredibly far back. It has great whiskers, and hidden eyes, and is lined with various 'wires' along the body which sense heat as his heat vision would have done. The serpent additionally has two sets of enormous fins; which brings me to its abilities.

I decided not to bother keeping the Bakunawa's gills, as undersea breathing and resistance seemed to be an ability restricted to kelpie and mer, and in the past I've noted that the tendency with new abilities and monster forms is to keep those sorts of powers within their own box to keep things fair. However, if it is alright, I would thus like for the Bakunawa form to have these two abilities instead; first, much like a regular sea snake, Noa would be able to hold his breath for immense periods of time, the stretch of time shrinking according to how much energy he has. (Since Noa has no rattle in this form, there's no cheating to take in energy while using this form.) The second is related to a card he used in his series, 'Shinato's Ark'. The Ark of Shinato was able to allow Noa to hold monsters within the hull, protecting them from harm and releasing them back to battle. Thus, the idea for Bakunawa would be that he would potentially be large enough to carry someone in his mouth, and release them later on. There wouldn't be any magical boosts involved here; it's just a really big mouth.

Relating to that, a potential weakness; due to its great size, the Bakunawa form is functionally useless on land, as it's simply too massive to properly move-which means that realistically Noa would be best using it with the idea of remaining stationary, or as some over-sized living boat.

He can bring the fight to them, this way? Obviously if gills for some reason are allowed then leviathan jokes are better than boat jokes, but I'm playing it safe here with my requests

Major Fog Power

'White Lightning' - The ability to manipulate electricity. Typically drawn from electronic sources, the Fog's intention would likely be to draw it from the natural clash of hot and cold in the air, and the electricity utilized in Noa's magic is far stronger when it is formed in this manner. He is additionally able to spit lightning bursts, though he cannot manipulate the lightning from such attacks. you can't make me stop referencing blue eyes yOU CAN'T

Immortality

His heart must be destroyed in order to kill him. Alternatively, one must cut off his head. (No, the snake heads don't count! That would be silly.) For maximum Snake-Head Joke potential however, bisecting him at the waist also counts. On top of that, if he's sustaining any serious injuries without dying, they won't heal unless he spends time in Dyster...which would naturally cause a LOT of problems if he put it off.
