Regarding biological needs, I'd like to remove Marco's need for sleep, with the caveat that even if he can survive without it, it would still be really helpful if he did it when he's exhausted.
As for the spell, I do have something in mind, but since I don't want it to be too overpowered, I would like to leave the specifics to you guys. The basic idea I'm shooting for is a hypnotic speaking voice - kind of an extended version of mer singing. This sort of extreme charisma is something Marco would very much make use of, since he's frustrated by the general reaction to his sermons friendly talks about what the Fourth God can do for you - but like I said, I realise this is something that can easily be abused and I want to play fair, so if you could take the general... theme here and devise something cool and balanced, that'd be perfect!
(Also it would be neat if it worked though recordings on the network, but that's not a requirement at all.)
