That's actually all up to player discretion! Think of it as the Fourth hooking you into the network itself. You can send images and sound if you want to, just as you could normally. How it appears and is used by the character is up to you. (e.g. having them do it all mentally or having a screen appear before them where others can see - anything your character might prefer.)
